love the poise and grace ...seemingly moving before our eyes, yet held in that very difficult pose. im interested in street dance myself, but i focus more on parkour for myself. its a wonderrful subject to immortalize, and you have done it brilliantly. well done!
Thank you very much Simon. Admittedly, I can't dance or free run but I love how people can move with such skill and in many cases, such freedom. My kids and their friends dance with a fair amount of skill so I am quite lucky to have such good and willing subjects.
Hats off to you for doing parkour, it looks very difficult and amazing.
i get that its not everyones cup of tea. most people see freerunning and think "thats like spider-man...i could never do that" .. i dont know, i saw it as a teen and it made me decide to try my damnest forever more now im 26 and though i dont do flips or fancy stuff i can scale most buildings, trees or rock faces without safety equipment if the need arose its a life skill im proud to have, and its helped me save a life already. and thanks for sharing your opinon too! your work is beautiful, im in awe of your skill. i recently took up painting myself, but its tough going lol i have uploaded my paintings if you wanna come see... or not, your choice lol have a wonderful day and keep up the amazing work! you got a fan in me
That is awesome! You saved a life because you can free run? Well done
I have had a look through your gallery and you have a good collection of work (drawing and painting). It varies in technique and style plus you have had some very nice ideas Painting is tough but definitely worth the effort.
Thanks for your kind words Simon. Take care, Ronnie
:d i did indeed, and it gave my son the drive to take it up too. a small boy was dangling from a stupendously tall pyramidal rope climbing frame in a playground.. doesnt sound too serious when written, but this kid was about six and was hanging by one hand at 25 feet off the ground. i was up there in under a minute and helping him back to where he could climb back down himself. it was weird, i felt anyone would have done it but everyone applauded. kinda weird. and thanks ! i love trying out new things artistically.
